Frame Gusseting

There are so many gusset kits on the market which one is right for you?  Our kit was developed in conjunction with National Pro-Am racers and we believe it to be the best kit available for the Honda TRX450R.  Our kit addresses the areas needed without adding extra meaningless gussets or causing the frame to become too rigid.

Our kit is made of 4130 Chromoly steel and TIG welded into place. 

Why Chromoly?  Chromoly is lighter and stronger then other mild steel kits on the market today. 

Why TIG welding?  The upper portion of the frame is cast aluminum and is joined to mild steel tubing from the factory.  Joining anything to cast aluminum is a difficult process and TIG welding ensures excellent adhesion without the use of high heat potentially weakening the surrounding area.  TIG is a stronger, safer weld.

Price: $250 installed and includes blasting the frame.  If you are having Powder Coat work done personally I would consider this a must do and you can subtract $25 from the frame PC price!
